Full Payment is due after registration approval, the invoice will be emailed to you for processing. Your space will not be placed until your invoice is paid.

Move-In:
Friday, February 6th, AFTER 5pm until Saturday, February 7th, 7am

(yes, we are there midnight hours)

Show Hours:

Saturday, February 7th, 9am-2pm

Pack Up & Move Out:
Saturday, February 7th AFTER from 2:15pm - 5pm

Security will be present from for the duration of the dark hours Friday, February 6th at 5 pm. All exhibitor booths must be staffed during show hours.

Generators are NOT permitted. Only with the exception and permission of event management. These arrangements must be discussed at the time of registration.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own move-in, move-out , booth display and equipment (i.e. tents, tables, chairs, weights, signage, etc.). All exhibitor tents must be secured with weights at a minimum of 50 lbs. in the event of inclement weather. Any property that may be damaged because of such is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Permits and City Licenses are to be followed for all applicable exhibitors including but not limited to.

Arizona TPT for all tangible & taxable items that are being sold.

LHC Business License requires that all participants have a LHC License or TEMP SPECIAL EVENT license. A new portal is available to simplify obtaining a temporary event license. You can apply, pay, and download the license instantly and then, email us a copy.

Alcohol beverages that are on site from outside sources have a ZERO tolerance.  You will be asked to pack up and escorted off premises. This instance will forfeit your opportunity to be a part of future shows. This violation goes against the events venue agreement, city event permit and license. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site during show hours.
